Full steps

It is a pass for non-Koreans that gives free entry to partner attractions in Busan. Choose 24 hours (₩55,000), 48 hours (₩85,000), Big 3 (₩45,000) or Big 5 (₩65,000), as a mobile pass or a physical card. Buy it on the official website or app, or at official counters such as Busan Station. Only the card also works as a transport card. 1. Choose a pass. 24H and 48H passes cover every Group A (purple) and Group B (blue) attraction once each; the time starts at your first attraction (first visit at 9:00 on 1 January → valid until 8:59 on 2 January for 24H). Big 3 lets you pick 1 from Group A and 2 from Group B; Big 5 lets you pick 2 from A and 3 from B, valid for 180 days after the first visit. 2. Buy online on the official website or the VISIT BUSAN PASS app with a card issued outside Korea, or in person at official retailers such as the Visit Busan Pass counter at Busan KTX Station or the Busan Tourist Information Center at Gimhae Airport. 3. If you bought a card pass online, first pick up the card at an exchange location with your voucher (in your email or under My Page → Ticket Exchange) and your passport. Locations include Busan KTX Station, Gimhae Airport, and WiFi Dosirak counters at Incheon Airport T1/T2 and Gimpo Airport. 4. At each attraction’s ticket office, show the card or the QR code on the app’s My Pass screen and collect your ticket. Screenshots, printouts and PDFs of the QR code are not accepted. 5. To ride the subway or bus, use the card pass only: top it up at a convenience store or subway station, then tap it at the gate or on the bus reader. It works as a nationwide transport card, even after the pass period ends.

More to know

• Korean citizens cannot buy or use the pass, and attractions may refuse entry. • Refunds: you can cancel within 180 days of payment, but not after the pass is activated (entering an attraction, topping up or riding with the card). Lost passes are not refunded. If you already picked up the card, return it to the pickup point first. • The mobile pass cannot be used on the subway or bus and cannot be exchanged for a physical card. • Partner attractions can change.
