1. What KoreaClear collects

You can browse without an account. Feedback may include your message, the page you were using, and an email address if you choose to provide one.

2. Feedback forms

We use Google Forms for feedback. Submissions are processed through Google services under its applicable privacy terms. We use feedback to correct errors, improve guidance and reply when requested.

3. Technical information

Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs and security data to operate and protect the website.

4. Google Analytics and cookies

KoreaClear uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and improve the service. Google may receive page URLs, browser/device information and usage events, and may set or read analytics cookies. These analytics are separate from advertising.

You can manage cookies in your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Browser privacy mode alone does not stop analytics collection.

5. Advertising

KoreaClear may introduce Google AdSense advertising. Where Google ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this website or other websites. Google advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. This notice describes advertising if enabled; it does not mean advertising is currently active.

You can opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings. This does not turn off all ads or analytics. Before enabling personalized ads for visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, KoreaClear will implement a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB TCF, with choices to accept, refuse or withdraw consent where required. This policy alone does not collect consent.

6. Third-party links

Linked official websites and other third-party services control their own privacy practices. KoreaClear does not control them.

7. Data sharing

KoreaClear does not sell personal information. Service providers may process information to operate the website, or information may be shared when required by law.

8. Your choices

Feedback and your email address are optional. Use our Contact page to ask about information you submitted.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy as services change. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.

10. Your location

Some pages, such as “Walks near me”, can use your device’s location if you allow it in your browser. The location is used only in your browser to sort places by distance. It is not sent to or stored by KoreaClear. You can refuse or withdraw permission in your browser settings at any time.
