Where is the nearest airport or city tourist information desk?

Short answer

Tourist information desks are available at Incheon and Gimpo airports and in central Seoul. The official Seoul directory lists Japanese assistance at airport desks, Myeongdong and Seoul Tourism Plaza.

What to do

At the airport, choose the information centre in your terminal’s arrivals area.
In central Seoul, Myeongdong’s centre is on the first floor of Hana Financial Group’s annex; its listed hours are 09:00–18:00.
Check the directory for the exact desk’s hours and language support before a special trip.

Check before relying on this

Myeongdong’s centre closes on Lunar New Year and Chuseok day. Airport desks may have meal breaks.
