Can I arrange a cosmetics factory visit?

Short answer

You can book a factory visitor programme at Amore Beauty Park in Osan through Amorepacific’s official visitor website. Reserve your chosen programme before arranging transport.

What to do
  1. Open the official English factory-tour site and choose Individual or Group, programme, date, time and party size. Individual reservations open at midnight 30 days before the visit and continue until the day before, only where capacity remains after group bookings.
  2. Choose a November date from the live calendar. The current tour guide lists weekdays 09:00–16:00, closed weekends, public holidays and the last Monday of the month.
  3. Use NAVER Map from your Yeouido address to 37 Gajangsaneopdong-ro, Osan. The operator lists bus 99 from Osan College Station exit 2 or bus 30 from Osan Station transfer centre platform 1, both to the Amore stop.
  4. Arrive ten minutes before the reserved time. The tour is free, self-guided with audio guidance, and allows two hours from the booked start. Book online; telephone booking is not offered.
Check before relying on this
  • The third-floor production-viewing area prohibits photography. Factory access follows the approved visitor route, not unrestricted access to production areas.
  • Children aged 13 or younger require an accompanying guardian, with at most two children per guardian. Pets are excluded except accompanying guide dogs.
  • The English website does not establish every audio-guide language or a particular November slot. For language/access needs use amorefactory@amorepacific.com before booking.

The factory programme includes manufacturing history and a third-floor view of skincare packaging and production/logistics systems, with the Archive and Botanic Garden also presented on the visitor site.

Use the current reservation calendar

A February 2026 company garden article gives older/different hours of 10:00–16:00 and limited spring Saturdays. The dedicated visitor guide and FAQ give the booking rules used above; rely on the selected programme’s calendar and confirmation for the November visit.
