Will national holidays affect the places and transport in my itinerary?
Short answer
A national holiday does not mean everything closes. Check each attraction and restaurant separately; during major family holidays, some venues close while city transport continues.
What to do
- Identify the holiday dates for your year.
- Confirm your must-visit venues before fixing the day’s itinerary.
Check before relying on this
- Holiday transport can have special booking periods or high demand. Confirm your specific service and venue before travelling.
