Where can I find current special health-related entry procedures?
Short answer
Use KDCA’s current Q-CODE notices for health declarations; historical COVID-era “special entry procedures” are not a reliable checklist for a new trip. Health reporting is separate from visas, K-ETA and the arrival card.
What to do
- Check the designated-area list effective on your arrival date, including recent stays and transit stops.
- If your itinerary or symptoms trigger reporting, complete Q-CODE or the accepted health declaration and follow quarantine-officer instructions.
- Recheck close to departure, particularly across a quarter change.
Check before relying on this
- Do not treat “no COVID test requested” as proof that no health declaration applies.
- A source about 2020–2023 procedures cannot establish present testing or quarantine rules.

More detail
KDCA distinguishes strict quarantine areas and symptom-related reporting for other designated areas. Use the effective-date notice rather than reproducing a country list that may change.
