What can I do if all visa application appointments are booked?
Short answer
Use the receiving office’s official appointment system and published alternative submission routes. A fully booked calendar does not authorise a walk-in or an application at a different jurisdiction.
What to do
- Check the visa type and office first, then look for published slot-release, cancellation and mail/centre rules.
- If travel is genuinely urgent, send evidence and dates to that office’s enquiry channel and ask whether an exception exists.
- Keep refundable travel arrangements while waiting.
Check before relying on this
- Do not buy a claimed guaranteed slot from an unofficial seller.
- An emergency enquiry is not approval for expedited processing.

Check whether an appointment is required
The VFS India application guide states that no appointment is needed at its Korea Visa Application Centres. Check that you are using the guide for your receiving centre and visa category. A booking calendar on another office’s website does not establish your submission route.
If no slot is available
Use the office’s published enquiry channel with your visa category, residence location and travel dates. Ask about cancellations, later releases and any permitted alternative submission method. An enquiry does not itself authorise a walk-in or expedited processing.
